Sagility, a leading provider of technology-enabled business operations solutions and services in the healthcare industry, announced the acquisition of BroadPath Healthcare Solutions, a US healthcare-focused services company, headquartered in Tucson, Arizona , USA. BroadPath operates a remote work delivery model with over 1,600 employees located in the US and the Philippines. Its portfolio of services includes member engagement and acquisition, claims and resource management, provider enrollment, and credentialing.
The acquisition of BroadPath is in line with Sagility’s strategy to diversify its customer base and add new capabilities to its service portfolio. This acquisition significantly expands Sagility’s market presence and adds more than 30 new customers. It further strengthens Sagility’s position among the top ten health plans in the US. Additionally, this acquisition provides Sagility with the opportunity to sell its broad service offering to a variety of mid-market customers, including payers, third-party administrators, pharmacy benefit managers, and providers. BroadPath’s member acquisition services will be a new capability added to Sagility’s offerings.
