Clear Street, a New York-based diversified financial services firm, has announced the launch of its corporate access offering, part of its expanding suite of services underpinned by its best-in-class technology.
The new team provides both corporates and investors with a value-added service by facilitating interactions between management teams and investors to drive buy-side engagement, positively impact investment decision-making, and ultimately enhance shareholder value. Clear Street combines its scalable, modern brokerage platform with high-touch services designed to optimize client growth. Corporate access is the latest addition to this suite of white-glove offerings across prime brokerage, sales, trading, and investment banking.
“Clear Street’s corporate access function is markedly differentiated from the increasingly commoditized practice of corporate access over the last decade. As a diversified financial services firm, we have the flexibility to develop new solutions focusing on our clients’ individual needs,” said Andy Volz, Chief Operating Officer and Head of Sales at Clear Street. “It aims to return to the boutique consultancy service model, and we’re excited to provide our clients with the access they may struggle to obtain via our competitors.”

The corporate access team will provide comprehensive investor engagement throughout a company’s life cycle. The team will align with a corporate’s unique requirements and management style through tailored programs ranging from non-deal roadshows and investor field trips to bespoke meetings or conferences and post-event follow-up. Its qualitative feedback ensures ongoing investor dialogue and valuable market insights.
“As a new firm with a diverse investor base, we can leverage relationships across sales, trading and investment banking to strategically allocate access without the pressure to focus solely on monetization of the corporate access product,” said Kristina Leo, Director of Corporate Access, Clear Street. “We are committed to facilitating interactions that are a value-add for management teams and exposing leadership to the investors they are not seeing on their schedules with other sell-side firms.”
The news follows a series of business expansions from Clear Street, including launching investment banking in June 2023, offering prime brokerage services for fixed-income products in December 2023, and acquiring a cloud-native futures clearing platform with plans to launch a futures clearing broker.
