Strategic Acquisition Brings Aiden Agentic AI DevOps Copilot and Key AI Engineering Talent to Strengthen StackGen’s Autonomous Infrastructure Platform
StackGen, the pioneer in autonomous infrastructure technology, announced its acquisition of OpsVerse, a leading provider of Agentic AI-powered DevOps automation solutions. The acquisition brings OpsVerse’s flagship product Aiden, an intelligent DevOps Copilot that uses agentic AI to automate operations and provide actionable insights, directly into StackGen’s Autonomous Infrastructure Platform as a core component of the company’s expanding AI agent ecosystem. OpsVerse was listed in four Gartner® Hype Cycles and one Gartner® Market Guide in 2025.
The strategic acquisition accelerates StackGen’s vision of fully autonomous infrastructure by integrating OpsVerse’s proven agentic AI automation capabilities with StackGen’s existing AI agents. Aiden’s intelligent DevOps automation will enhance StackGen’s ability to deliver self-building, self-governing, self-healing, and self-optimizing infrastructure at enterprise scale.
“The acquisition of OpsVerse represents a pivotal moment in our journey toward autonomous infrastructure,” said Sachin Aggarwal, CEO of StackGen. “Aiden’s Agentic AI capabilities perfectly complement our AI agent architecture, and the OpsVerse engineering team brings deep expertise in production DevOps automation that will accelerate our platform development. Together, we’re building infrastructure that truly operates itself.”
