With this transaction, Natus now owns 100% of Holberg EEG.
The acquisition combines the groundbreaking technology of Holberg EEG with the industry-leading neurodiagnostics portfolio of Natus, creating new opportunities to advance brain health through smarter, more accessible solutions.
