Amazon Web Services (AWS) has announced a powerful update to its AI-driven business productivity platform, Amazon Quick Suite, by integrating Quick Research directly into Quick Flows. This enhancement empowers teams to generate detailed research reports as part of fully automated multi-step workflows, streamlining research execution and scaling best-practice methodologies across organizations.
Quick Suite, AWS’s unified AI workspace, is designed to accelerate the transition from insights to action by leveraging enterprise data sources. The newly added integration enables teams to initiate research automatically within workflows eliminating the need for standalone research processes. By embedding research into repeatable flows, organizations can standardize knowledge workflows and replicate successful strategies for hundreds of daily business scenarios.
With this release, users can also schedule research tasks to run at predetermined intervals, enabling the delivery of insights on a predictable cadence. Common applications of this feature include automated account plan creation, consistent product compliance reviews, and regularly scheduled market or industry reporting.

Pre-configured workflows allow users to define research objectives and optionally include input parameters. Once completed, the generated research report can automatically trigger subsequent tasks. For example, insights can drive updates to a Salesforce opportunity, generate Jira tickets for compliance reviews, or create tasks in Asana for patent review follow-ups facilitating “set and forget” automation that significantly reduces manual effort.
By operating inside these automated flows, Quick Research retains its core ability to synthesize and verify insights drawn from diverse enterprise data, while now delivering more comprehensive analysis to existing Quick Flows users.
The Quick Research integration with Quick Flows is now available in some AWS Regions. These include US East (N. Virginia), US West (Oregon), Asia Pacific (Sydney), and Europe (Ireland). For help with optimizing and automating research workflows, organizations can look at the Quick Suite user guide.
