Mobileum and NOHOLD Debut White-Label AI for Telecom Firms

Mobileum

The first product release following the launch of the strategic AI alliance between the two companies makes it easier for operators to monetize AI services for SMEs via existing telecommunications channels.

Mobileum, a global leader in analytics and networking solutions, and NOHOLD, a leading provider of AI assistance platforms for businesses, have announced the launch of a new white-label AI assistance solution specifically designed for telecommunications operators serving small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).

The new offering builds on the strategic AI alliance announced in September 2025 and represents the transition from concept to market-ready solution. Telecommunications operators can now offer AI assistant services under their own brand names, helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) strengthen customer loyalty, increase revenue, and improve productivity through AI technology. The operators provide the tools, allowing SMEs to avoid managing complex AI systems.

With revenues from traditional connectivity services remaining under pressure, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are increasingly seeking digital value-added services from their telecommunications providers. AI-powered assistants enable operators to deliver user-friendly, subscription-based solutions that help SMEs automate support and sales, strengthen relationships, increase average revenue per user (ARPU), and differentiate operator services within existing billing models.

Telecommunications operators now have the option to market, bundle, and resell AI assistants as a managed service under their own brand. This service is based on NOHOLD’s SICURA® QuickStart platform and is being launched by Mobileum. SMEs can implement conversational AI within minutes. This requires no programming knowledge—simply uploading documents or linking their website is sufficient. They thus receive a secure, compliant, and multilingual solution for web and social media channels with integrated analytics that provide them with more detailed insights into their business.

“Following the announcement of our strategic alliance last year, this launch is an important next step in helping telecom operators transform AI into a practical, revenue-generating service,” explains Miguel Caramés, Chief Product Officer at Mobileum. “In partnership with NOHOLD, we are enabling operators to move beyond connectivity and offer AI-powered value that small and medium-sized enterprises can immediately leverage and whose measurable impact they can see right away.”

“Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) want AI solutions that are easy to operate, cost-effective, and secure. However, they don’t want to become AI experts,” emphasizes Diego Ventura, CEO and founder of NOHOLD. “Thanks to the partnership with Mobileum, we can bring our AI assistance platform to market through trusted telecommunications providers who already have strong relationships with SME customers.”

The AI assistant meets the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for customer support, sales assistance, onboarding, and operational efficiency. Telecommunications operators benefit from rapid deployment, low operating costs, and predictable recurring revenue, strengthening their role as trusted digital partners. SMEs gain practical tools to optimize their business processes and drive growth.
