The update improves the M3ter Connector for Salesforce, available on the Salesforce AppExchange, allowing for easy connectivity between Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), Revenue Cloud Billing (RCB), Agentforce Sales, and Salesforce CPQ. This enables businesses to configure their usage management within Salesforce while also automating the flow of data between the two tools, allowing businesses to better manage their product usage with their revenue operations. M3ter has also been selected by Salesforce as an advanced metering and rating partner for their revenue management system, allowing businesses to deliver advanced rating, mediation, and usage-based pricing for their complex digital services and products.
