Red River Names Mike Sang as Chief Financial Officer

Red River, a technology transformation company specializing in AI-driven cybersecurity and IT infrastructure solutions for government and enterprise customers, announced the appointment of Mike Sang as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Sang will lead Red River’s finance organization and oversee financial strategy, planning, reporting and operations in support of the company’s continued growth.

Sang brings significant experience across government contracting, aerospace and defense, strategic finance, M&A, integration and financial operations. Since joining Red River in 2024, he has become a trusted leader within the finance organization and across the business, bringing strong financial discipline, strategic perspective and a deep understanding of the company’s operating model.

Prior to Red River, Sang held senior finance and strategy roles at CAE, L3Harris and Morgan Stanley. His background includes treasury, strategic planning, finance operations, investor relations, capital markets and corporate development across a diverse set of markets. He also brings experience working with DCMA, DCAA and external audit organizations in government contracting environments.
