ZoomInfo Unveils GTM.AI to Power AI Agents with Verified Go-to-Market Intelligence

ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo has unveiled the general availability of GTM.AI, a headless go-to-market (GTM) context layer meant to give AI agents continuous access to verified business intelligence. According to ZoomInfo, the technology should help sales, marketing, and revenue operations teams make better use of AI by giving agents access to verified data across various enterprise platforms.

As part of its unveiling, ZoomInfo highlighted how GTM.AI is an underlying data layer that easily plugs into some of the most popular AI assistants and enterprise platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, HubSpot Breeze, and IBM watsonx Orchestrate. With a single integration, businesses will be able to give AI agents access to verified business intelligence through ZoomInfo without having to integrate data manually from various sources.

This is made possible by ZoomInfo’s GTM Context Graph a massive intelligence graph that brings together information on more than 100 million companies, 500 million professional contacts, and billions of intents and buying signals. With this vast amount of information connected within the GTM Context Graph, it becomes possible for AI agents to get highly contextual insights and discover key contacts and sales opportunities in real time.

The company argues that data quality remains one of the biggest barriers to effective AI adoption in go-to-market operations. While modern AI models excel at reasoning and automation, their performance depends heavily on the quality and freshness of the information they access. With business contact data changing rapidly, inaccurate information can lead to poor decisions being executed at scale.

To address this challenge, GTM.AI leverages ZoomInfo’s data verification processes, which combine proprietary data collection technologies, machine learning, public-source intelligence, and a contributory network to maintain data accuracy and relevance. The platform also incorporates enterprise-grade compliance and governance controls to support secure AI adoption.

Built on the emerging Model Context Protocol (MCP) standard, GTM.AI enables AI agents to access services such as company discovery, contact enrichment, intent data retrieval, and recommendation engines directly within the tools teams already use. As organizations increasingly embed AI into sales and marketing processes, ZoomInfo is positioning GTM.AI as a unified source of truth that allows multiple AI systems to operate from the same trusted business intelligence foundation.
