Resecurity is partnering with IBM QRadar SIEM in a native integration that lets companies smoothly combine external cyber threat intelligence feeds with one of the most widely adopted Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems in the market. The solution will be made accessible to the security community in IBM Application Exchange, and the integration will enable security professionals to import, harmonize and correlate threat-related intelligence with a security team’s internal data sources over a number of open standards (e.g. STIX, TAXII 2.1) thereby providing a more comprehensive image of cyber threats facing the companies. The integration by bringing in the IOCs, malware data, and other kinds of threat intelligence into IBM QRadar will, Because of this, allow the security analysts to not only have one place for all their monitoring but also make it easier for them to highlight only events of high-risk and, besides threat detection, response to incidents as well all the while not affecting existing processes.

The ability of organizations to configure continuous threat intelligence data sources and analyze enriched security events inside the QRadar interface will bring significant time/savings and thereby enhance the performance of Security Operations Centers (SOCs). The partnership of QRadar with Resecurity in the release highlights the increasing need for interoperable solutions of cybersecurity, which is being done as businesses desire to strengthen their defenses while also benefiting from automated intelligence sharing and unified security operations through the integration of the cybersecurity tools. IBM QRadar already secures a large portion of Fortune-listed companies together with the state government agencies, and a native Resecurity plugin for QRadar will, in turn, enrich the platform’s cyber threat intelligence offerings and, at the same time, empower quicker and more precise security decisions. The integration also reinforces Resecurity’s broader strategy of extending compatibility with leading security platforms, enabling enterprises to operationalize actionable cyber threat intelligence and improve resilience against evolving cyber risks across complex IT environments.
