Conduent has appointed Anna Novoseletsky as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, strengthening its executive leadership as the company continues advancing its technology-driven business transformation. In her new role, Novoseletsky will oversee Conduent’s global legal, compliance, risk, and human resources functions while serving as a member of the executive leadership team.
Novoseletsky joins Conduent with extensive experience in corporate governance, global payments, regulatory affairs, and strategic transactions. Most recently, she served as Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Cantaloupe, where she led legal and compliance initiatives while supporting mergers and acquisitions. Before that, she spent more than a decade at Discover Financial Services, advising on global payments, product innovation, and regulatory matters across more than 20 countries.
The appointment comes as organizations operating in highly regulated industries face increasing complexity around AI adoption, data privacy, cybersecurity, and evolving compliance requirements.
