By joining the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) and listing its solution on the Oracle Marketplace, MyOme combines its whole-genome sequencing backbone with OCI’s high-performance, low-latency computing and cloud infrastructure to transition clinical healthcare from reactive treatment to scalable, proactive health management. The joint architecture sequences a patient’s whole genome once and leverages AI-driven population-scale models on OCI to evaluate millions of genetic variants alongside traditional clinical factors. This yields actionable integrated polygenic risk scores across common conditions such as coronary artery disease, type 2 diabetes, prostate cancer, and breast cancer while surfacing monogenic risk findings and pharmacogenomic guidance that can be continually re-queried as medical research advances.
