Zones Partners with Thoughtworks to deliver AI business ValueZones, a global leader in technology solutions, and services, announced a strategic partnership with Thoughtworks to assist organizations as they turn their AI investments into tangible business value. The new deal will combine Zones’ deep expertise in technology infrastructure and customer bases, with Thoughtworks’ capabilities in AI, software engineering and digital transformation. Together, Zones and Thoughtworks will work to help customers evaluate AI opportunities, build a transformation plan, and implement AI within their business. Zones will also work to innovate with clients on automation, enterprise knowledge assistants, communication agents, customer personalization and AI-enabled operations. The partnership extends to Zones’ internal operations, where the companies have implemented AI to boost order management.
