The Action Center simplifies the remediation process, reducing mean time to repair (MTTR) and improving cross-team collaboration and multi-team workflows. Working in conjunction with Sevco’s Query Builder, which executes complex queries to find gaps in asset coverage, the Action Center helps security teams automatically generate tickets based on results, to expedite remediation. The Action Center easily integrates with existing systems to support creating incidents in external ticketing platforms, such as ServiceNow, directly in the Sevco platform. With the Action Center, security teams can seamlessly resolve security control gaps in minutes.
