FormFactor, Inc., a leading provider of precision test and measurement solutions, has partnered with Delft Circuits, a pioneer in high-density cryogenic cabling, to integrate Delft Circuits’ Cri/oFlex® technology into FormFactor’s cryogenic test systems. This collaboration is set to address the rising demand for scalable, high-performance interconnect solutions in quantum computing, helping the industry achieve greater computational power and seamless system integration.
As quantum technology continues to advance, the need for higher channel densities is becoming increasingly critical. FormFactor’s cryogenic test systems, currently supporting up to 300 channels across 12 ISO-100 ports, will now incorporate Delft Circuits’ cutting-edge Cri/oFlex® cabling. This enhancement enables each port to accommodate up to 160 channels, increasing the total system capacity to 1,920 channels. This breakthrough enhances both performance and scalability, particularly in space-constrained environments where efficiency is paramount.
“Delft Circuits’ technology perfectly complements our systems, allowing us to offer our customers some of the highest channel densities in the industry while maintaining the precision and reliability FormFactor is known for,” said Thomas Fries, VP and GM, Emerging Growth Business Unit, FormFactor.
