Marcell King, CEO of Nuuvia, said, “Financial institutions have an opportunity to build lifelong relationships by engaging consumers early and growing with them through every stage of life. Our collaboration with Jack Henry helps their financial institutions acquire the next generation of accountholders, retain the deposits and relationships they establish, and deepen those relationships across the entire household. Together, we are providing a strategy to expand their base, strengthen future deposit growth, and create value for the communities they serve.”

“Building new relationships with Generation Z accountholders is key to tapping into the 4 million new accounts they’re expected to open this year,” says Erica Pilon, Vice President and Head of Corporate Strategy with Jack Henry. “They demand flexibility and digital access, and they’re willing to switch banks to get the experience they’re looking for. Banno is constantly adding tools and integrations that give accountholders more control over their financial lives, and Nuuvia is no exception.”

Richard Yeager, president and CEO of Olean, N.Y.-based High Point FCU and a Jack Henry and Nuuvia customer, explained, “Engaging with the next generation of accountholders is a top strategic priority for our credit union. Enabling us to deliver a modern banking experience designed specifically for Gen Z and Gen Alpha directly within the digital channels our members already trust is paramount to retaining those members. That is a win for our credit union, parents, and future members we are building relationships with today.”
