Synthpop Joins Gemini Enterprise Agent Gallery as First Healthcare AI Partner

Synthpop

Synthpop has become the first healthcare-focused partner to launch an AI agent within Google Cloud’s Gemini Enterprise Agent Gallery, marking a significant step toward operationalizing AI in healthcare environments. The company’s patient journey orchestration agent is now available to enterprises, enabling healthcare organizations to deploy production-ready AI workflows directly within their existing cloud infrastructure.

The introduction of partner-built agents into Gemini Enterprise signals a broader industry transition from isolated AI experiments to scalable, governed systems capable of executing real business processes. With built-in controls for security, validation, and procurement, the Agent Gallery allows enterprises to integrate specialized AI tools seamlessly into daily operations.

Synthpop’s solution brings this capability to healthcare, a sector where adoption has often been slowed by implementation challenges. “Implementation is the biggest barrier to adoption of healthcare AI. By partnering with Google we are able to shatter this barrier for our customers who are on Google Cloud and Gemini Enterprise,” said Elad Ferber, CEO of Synthpop.

The platform is designed to manage the full patient journey through a single AI agent, rather than relying on multiple disconnected tools. It coordinates tasks such as patient intake, insurance verification, appointment scheduling, and payment initiation within a unified system. Built on Google Cloud’s Vertex AI infrastructure, the agent operates securely while scaling across large patient populations.

The strategy used by synthpop tries to solve an age-old problem in healthcare – the problem of complexity. The solution proposed by synthpop is to automate some of the processes that have always required much human effort such as handling referral, checking eligibility, and patient communication.

The agent’s capabilities include the conversion of unstructured documents into orders that are validated, eligibility and authorization management, and interaction management across voice and digital mediums. Such capabilities help the healthcare provider streamline their process, optimize their revenue cycle management, and increase their capacity without requiring more employees.

The advent of synthpop in the Agent Gallery indicates that AI is becoming a basic layer in healthcare operations.
