iSign International and Covr Security Enter Into an Agreement to Deliver New and Innovative Tools in the Fight Against Cybercrime

iSign International, Inc., a US-based cybersecurity solutions provider, and Covr Security AB, a Sweden-based mobile cybersecurity company, are pleased to announce that they are working together to bring ground-breaking solutions to the global fight against all forms of cybercrime.

Under this arrangement, Covr will deliver a platform solution for iSign’s iSmart Guard, an innovative solution specifically developed for monitoring and detecting malicious activities in real-time. Covr will integrate their platform into iSign’s network and throughout their existing customers’ networks.

Once connected to your network, iSmart Guard blocks all unwanted incoming connections, while also monitoring outgoing traffic. iSmart Guard gives you control over your data, detecting data leaving your devices – including IoT (Internet of Things) devices – and preventing it from being redirected to rogue destinations.

“Bringing together Covr technology and iSign’s 5-Factor Authentication, which leverages biometric signature and iSign’s patent-pending dynamic PKI encrypted communication where PKI Key pairs change for each message, makes our combined solutions impenetrable, frictionless, and easy-to-use,” stated iSign CTO Thien Pham.

“Covr is not the only company to use a two-channel solution with multi-factor authentication, but the technology that handles what happens between the security server and the mobile device is our secret sauce and one of its kind,” said Anette Nordvall, Partner and Chairwoman of the Board at Covr.

Covr’s founder and CEO Peter Alexanderson added, “Passwords have essentially overstayed their welcome being an unsecured method of authentication and authorization of transactions, and this is a universal pain point – passwords are basically useless today.”

“We have developed an app that truly provides this necessary balance between security and usability,” said Patrik Malmberg, Co-Founder and COO at Covr.

Covr Security AB is a Swedish cybersecurity company that has developed a next-generation, user-centric mobile security platform aimed for heavily regulated digital industries that depend on strong customer authentication and privacy. Covr has made the system easy to integrate and there is no need for additional hardware.

iSign International Inc. is a private Texas corporation which has developed an original cybersecurity technology combining biometric signature recognition and projection, innovative device pairing, PKI encryption, GPS localization, and univocal computer-generated transactional password. iSign technology, covered by several patent pending claims, constitutes a game-changing approach as it renders hacking virtually impossible.
