HFCL announces the launch of 5G Lab-as-a-Service. HFCL Limited (HFCL), a leading telecom equipment manufacturer and technology provider , announced the launch of 5G Lab-as-a-Service to accelerate rollout of 5G solutions and services.

The AirConnect® 8231 5G CBRS Outdoor Router enables 5G standalone (SA) network connectivity over n48 CBRS, an industry first.

CyberRatings.org Invites Industry Participation in Forthcoming Enterprise Firewall and Data Center Firewall Tests. CyberRatings.org, the non-profit entity dedicated to providing transparency on cybersecurity product efficacy, will begin testing Enterprise Firewalls and Data Center Firewalls this fall with group test scores and ratings to be released in 2023. Test methodologies have been published at CyberRatings.org and are provided at no charge.

CyberRatings invites all leading vendors to submit their offerings to be tested for free. Products with significant market share, as well as challengers with innovative technologies, will be included at CyberRatings’ discretion. The scope of the methodologies includes security effectiveness, performance, stability and reliability, and total cost of ownership.

Shell plc chooses LRS Managed Services to enable Cloud Print and Scan Management. Levi Ray & Shoup, Inc. announced  that Shell plc (“Shell”) has selected the LRS® Enterprise Cloud Printing Service, a fully managed service provided by LRS Output Management, to provide and run their print and scan management for approximately 90,000 Shell end-users for the duration of a five-year agreement.

Using the LRS cloud printing service, Shell’s internet-only connected end-users will be able to print and/or scan using Shell’s four strategic end-user device platforms including Windows, Mac, iOS and Android.

MICLEDI Microdisplays, a leading developer of microLED displays for augmented reality (AR) glasses, and Kura Technologies, a world leading innovator in AR headsets announced a collaboration to manufacture AR glasses. The new glasses are designed by Kura and incorporate MICLEDI’s unique 300mm microLED displays to achieve the performance required for Kura’s next generation of AR glasses. Based upon Kura’s proprietary architecture from the chip level up, these next generation glasses feature groundbreaking performance capabilities.

Jingle Pay, the Financial Super-App, Announces a Strategic Partnership and a Minority Investment from MoneyGram. MoneyGram International, Inc., a global leader in the evolution of digital P2P payments, and Jingle Pay, a financial super-app based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), announced a partnership to enable convenient and fast global money transfers through the Jingle Pay app. Consumers in the UAE can use the Jingle Pay app – powered by MoneyGram’s global payment rails and near real-time capabilities – to send money to over 200 countries and territories around the world.

MoneyGram has also announced the completion of a minority investment in Jingle Pay. Alex Holmes, MoneyGram Chairman and CEO, has joined the Jingle Pay Board of Directors as Chairman to help guide Jingle Pay’s strategic path forward.
