Broadcom has expanded its partnership with Google Cloud to launch Cloud Network Insights. This new observability service from AppNeta gives full visibility. It works across multi-cloud, hybrid, and agent-based environments. The solution helps businesses monitor application and network performance. It also detects issues faster and identifies root causes in complex infrastructures. Google Cloud built this as a first-party service. It combines Broadcom’s network intelligence with Google Cloud’s scale. This gives a unified view of applications, agents, and network behavior. It covers on-premises systems, cloud platforms, SaaS applications, and external networks. As organizations adopt AI-driven workloads and cross-cloud architectures, traditional monitoring tools often struggle.

This is especially true beyond customer-managed environments. Cloud Network Insights fills this gap. It offers network path visibility, application and agent performance monitoring, and advanced diagnostics. These features help reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR). It also enables proactive issue detection using synthetic transaction monitoring. “By bringing AppNeta’s comprehensive observability technologies into our Cloud Network Insights product, we are equipping customers with the end-to-end insights they need to proactively optimize agent, application, and network experiences and rapidly pinpoint network bottlenecks,” said Rob Enns, VP and General Manager of Cloud Networking at Google Cloud.
