Hyland Joins Jack Henry Fintech Network to Connect Banking Data and Content

Hyland

Hyland has joined the Jack Henry Fintech Integration Network (FIN), strengthening its ability to integrate its OnBase content management platform with Jack Henry’s SilverLake and Symitar Episys core banking platforms. The collaboration is designed to help banks and credit unions connect core banking data with governed content, documents, and workflows without disrupting the systems employees already use. Through Jack Henry’s jXchange and symXchange services-based interfaces, financial institutions can securely connect core information with OnBase, surface relevant documents within employees’ workflows, and apply content and process automation to improve operational efficiency and service experiences. The integrations use a governed service layer to manage access and interactions, supporting secure and consistent data exchange while helping institutions maintain data integrity.

“Our customers don’t want another system to manage, they want their existing systems to work better together, and that’s exactly what our OnBase integrations with Jack Henry deliver,” said Namit Saksena, VP of financial services products at Hyland. “Being part of the Fintech Integration Network strengthens our ability to support that goal, ensuring our joint customers can continue to connect core data, content and workflows in one seamless experience.” This partnership seeks to solve one of the problems faced by banks today where content is scattered, forcing the employee to change applications, manually find documents and do the same actions again and again. This might result in inefficient operations and non-existent governance. By positioning OnBase as a secure hub for content and not just another silo, Hyland intends to integrate documents and processes into the domain of lending, customer/member service and operations.
