Kydryl, the world’s largest IT infrastructure service provider, has agreed to buy Healthcare IT Leaders LLC the leading provider of healthcare consulting and clinical solutions, to help speed-up AI-driven digitally transforming health systems. By combining Kyndryl’s infrastructure management and AI technology and Healthcare IT Leaders’ extensive experience in the field of electronic health records (EHR), clinical workflows, and enterprise applications, the deal will enhance Kyndryl Health’s capacity to serve healthcare providers’ needs. It will, among other things, help them to run operations more effectively, satisfy clinicians, and deliver better patient outcomes through health IT. “Modern health systems face mounting pressure to modernize their technology infrastructures, adopt AI and secure sensitive data, all while navigating complex clinical and operational environments,” said Kyndryl Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Martin Schroeter.
