Leading cybersecurity company, Palo Alto Networks has acquired Console, an artificial intelligence-first platform that facilitates the process of performing agentic workflows within the enterprise environment, to hasten the transition towards autonomous security remediation. Leveraging the Console technology into their Cortex® platform, Palo Alto Networks intends to enhance its agentic AI abilities in order to help security operations teams analyze signals, prioritize threats, and execute the remediation processes in real-time through natural language inputs. This new product goes beyond the traditional dashboard and manual ticketing system as it links directly to enterprise identity management systems, SaaS apps, and security tools, and executes multi-step agentic workflows independently of human intervention.
