Vibranium Labs has raised $4.6 million in seed funding to boost Vibe AI, an AI-driven incident response platform. This platform is the first always-on AI Site Reliability Engineer (AI SRE). Calibrate Ventures and Mirae Asset led the funding round, with Franklin Templeton, Plug and Play, Gaingels, Wildcard Capital, FalconX, and DCG also participating.
The new funds will help develop the product, grow engineering and sales teams, and strengthen partnerships in sectors where system downtime can lead to big financial and operational losses. These sectors include finance, healthcare, media, e-commerce, and defense. As digital systems grow more complex and AI-focused, Vibranium Labs wants to help businesses turn system reliability into a competitive edge.
Vibe AI monitors systems, sorts alerts, and resolves incidents with multimodal, agentic AI. It works with existing incident management tools. It pulls context from logs, dashboards, tickets, and past incidents. This helps find root causes and suggest fixes, often before engineers need to intervene.
“Every outage carries hidden costs, lost revenue, shaken confidence, and eroded trust,” said Sang Lee, Co-Founder and CEO of Vibranium Labs. “For years, incident response has followed the same script: a senior engineer getting jolted awake at 2 a.m. on a Saturday… It’s stressful, inefficient, and unsustainable.”

By automating early-stage incident response, Vibe AI helps reduce engineering toil while significantly improving mean time to resolution. Existing customers, including Fortune 1000 companies, report MTTR reductions of up to 85%, protecting millions in revenue and strengthening operational resilience.
The company’s momentum is further underscored by its recent selection as one of AWS’s inaugural agentic AI partners, alongside enterprise technology leaders such as Salesforce and Splunk.
“We know that Vibe AI has the potential to change incident management for companies around the globe permanently,” said Jason Schoettler, co-founder and managing partner of Calibrate Ventures.
Against a backdrop of highly visible global outages, Vibranium Labs is positioning Vibe AI as essential infrastructure for enterprises that depend on always-on digital services.
