Kyndryl, the world’s largest IT infrastructure services provider, has appointed enterprise technology leader Megawaty Khie as Vice President & Managing Director for the ASEAN & Korea region.
Khie announced her new executive leadership role via LinkedIn, expressing enthusiasm for taking charge of Kyndryl’s operational growth and client strategy across the key regional markets of Southeast Asia and Korea.
Before joining Kyndryl, Khie established a distinguished track record in technology leadership across Asia-Pacific. She previously served as Regional Director for Indonesia and Malaysia at Google Cloud and held country leadership positions at Microsoft, SAP, and Dell Technologies. Her extensive experience spans cloud transformation, enterprise software, data center modernization, and managing complex go-to-market strategies across diverse markets.

In her new capacity at Kyndryl, Khie will drive regional business operations, strategic partnerships, and customer digital transformation initiatives. Spun off from IBM in 2021, Kyndryl focuses on designing, building, managing, and modernizing mission-critical IT infrastructure for thousands of enterprise clients globally.
Khie’s appointment comes as enterprises in ASEAN and Korea rapidly accelerate hybrid cloud adoption, artificial intelligence integration, and cybersecurity resilience. Her deep market expertise and operational background will be key in expanding Kyndryl’s footprint and helping regional organizations modernize their core IT architectures.
