Digital business services giant TP has appointed Benoit Gabelle as Group Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Gabelle, who had been serving as Interim Group CFO since March 2026, steps permanently into the executive role to oversee the company’s global financial strategy.
Gabelle joined TP in 2022 as Group Deputy Chief Financial Officer, leading financial reporting, corporate accounting, tax, and finance transformation. Over the past four years, he played a central role in several major financial milestones for the company, including the deployment of unified enterprise financial systems, the operational structuring and integration of Majorel, and recent group refinancing and efficiency programs.
Before joining TP, Gabelle spent 17 years in international advisory across France and Hong Kong with KPMG and EY, where he served as a Partner specializing in international taxation and transfer pricing.

In his permanent role as Group CFO, Gabelle’s primary focus will involve modernizing the finance function through automation and AI, providing strategic support to global operations, optimizing liquidity and balance-sheet structures, and ensuring the group’s ongoing digital transformation drives long-term shareholder value.
“Benoit’s confirmation as Group CFO is a well-deserved recognition of the strong leadership he has demonstrated at TP,” said Jorge Amar, CEO of TP. “Since stepping into the role on an interim basis, he has shown the strategic clarity and steady leadership our finance function needs as we advance TP’s transformation and integrate AI within our processes.”
The permanent appointment underscores TP’s focus on maintaining financial rigor, integrating advanced technology into enterprise operations, and stabilizing senior executive leadership following its recent leadership transitions and large-scale M&A integrations.
