DoiT has partnered with OpenAI to help enterprises move OpenAI-powered workloads from experimentation into production on Amazon Web Services (AWS), while giving organizations greater visibility into the costs generated by individual AI models, products and customers.
The collaboration combines DoiT’s Attribute™ cost-attribution platform and Forward Deployed Engineers with an AWS migration pathway designed for organizations adopting OpenAI technology. The goal is to help enterprises consolidate AI spending within their existing AWS infrastructure while maintaining the ability to track the business impact of that investment.
According to DoiT, its AI spend monthly per more than 4,000 of its customers is now about 100 times higher than it was two years ago. With increasing adoption of AI from research projects to production environments, the financial and engineering teams should know who is driving higher costs through AI.

The company’s OpenAI-to-AWS GenAI Migration Accelerator, available through AWS Marketplace and approved through the AWS Foundational Technical Review, is designed to support that transition. It evaluates workloads against Amazon Bedrock’s capabilities and regional availability, enables parallel testing and allows organizations to shift workloads incrementally, with the option to reverse changes if necessary.
Once workloads are operating on AWS, Attribute brings OpenAI-related spending into the same cost model used for cloud infrastructure, data platforms and Kubernetes. DoiT says the platform can trace individual tokens, inference activity and training runs to the teams, products and customers driving them without requiring tags, SDKs or application code changes.
“AI earns its budget the same way every other investment does. It shows what it returns. Most teams cannot yet do that for their OpenAI spend, and many pay for it outside the cloud commitments they already carry,” said Vadim Solovey, CEO of DoiT. “Nobody should have to choose between the models they want and the cloud they have committed to. Our partnership with OpenAI, together with our long history on AWS, lets us solve both for every team building on OpenAI,”
DoiT’s Forward Deployed Engineers will also support customers with architecture, model selection and cost-attribution strategies as AI deployments scale.
The partnership highlights the growing need for enterprises to pair AI adoption with stronger financial governance and measurable returns.
