Mastercard has appointed Madeline Chan as Director, Partner Advantage Program. The executive update marks a key leadership transition within the global payment technology firm’s partner ecosystem and strategic commercial divisions.

Mastercard operates at the center of the global digital payments industry, providing secure transaction processing, open banking, embedded finance, and enterprise security solutions to financial institutions, fintechs, and merchants. The Partner Advantage Program serves as a key strategic pillar, enabling corporate partners, technology innovators, and financial service providers to co-innovate, scale digital payment infrastructure, and integrate Mastercard’s suite of digital capabilities.

Chan announced her promotion to Director via LinkedIn, reflecting on her continued journey within the organization. She previously served as Head of the Partner Advantage Program, where she directed strategic partner engagements and program frameworks.
