Connected platform software leader Aeris announced the next-generation launch of its Aeris eSIM Orchestrator within the Aeris IoT Accelerator ecosystem. Built on the original platform aimed at enabling connectivity management across all global Physical AI and intelligent IoT deployments, the platform enhancement now brings native support for the GSMA SGP.32 remote provisioning standard, where as previously there was support only for SGP.02 M2M and SGP.22 consumer eSIM specifications.
Continued build-out of autonomous vehicles, robotics, and smart physical environments at scale places enormous strain on the system. Managing fractured cellular connectivity inter-regionally at scale causes critical operational bottlenecks. Counter to usual eSIM adoption, Aeris eSIM Orchestrator minimizes vendor lock-in, profile domain transfer and provisioning friction through a single, policy-based control plane interface across a tripartite pre-integrated ecosystem of 30 MNOs.
“SGP.32 provides the foundation, but orchestration makes it work at global scale. Aeris enables customers to use the same IoT connectivity service across networks with local SIM profiles, combining the flexibility of roaming with the advantages of local connectivity,” said Jon Connet, Chief Product Officer at Aeris.

Driving Frictionless Device Operations Across the Lifecycle
Designed to simplify worldwide hardware logistics, the Aeris eSIM Orchestrator enables OEMs and enterprise fleets to implement a Single SKU approach developing a single hardware build that present-to-launch automatically defaults the profile localization.
Key technical capabilities and operational features delivered by the platform include:
SGP.32 Policy-Based Orchestration: Automates profile downloads, permission controls, and failover actions based on real-time network events and device locations.
Aeris Single SKU eSIM Support: Eliminates market-specific SIM hardware variants, streamlining supply chains and accelerating global time-to-market.
Aeris eIM as a Service (eIMaaS): Delivers a fully managed eSIM IoT Remote Manager for turn-key profile switching, while supporting bring-your-own eIM integrations from vendors including Thales, G+D, Kigen, and IDEMIA.
Unified Multi-Standard Governance: Integrates management across SGP.02, SGP.22, and SGP.32 specifications into a single pane of glass.
Network-Level Security Integration: Pairs with Aeris IoT Watchtower to enforce continuous security rules across active SIM profiles and roaming networks.
“Our collaboration with Aeris sets a strong benchmark for how operators and platform partners can deliver global eSIM orchestration in a way that’s practical, standards-compliant, and built for the realities of global IoT,” said Elisabeth Reille, Executive Vice President Smart Mobility Services at Orange Business.
Scaling Global Physical AI and Intelligent IoT Architectures
Aeris combines infinitely extendable connectivity, agile profile orchestration and security at the network level into a single operational environment enabling CTOs, IoT product managers, and supply chain executives to deploy limitless autonomous programs. It outs infrastructure barriers, reduces operational overheads, and keeps your essential Physical AI assets in perfect connectivity all around the globe.
