Tagore Introduces Advanced Dual-Channel Ultra-Low Noise Amplifier with Integrated Fail-Safe RF Switch for 5G Infrastructure. The TSL8329M is a dual-channel Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) with an integrated RF switch, multichip module, and high-power, low-current GaN-based RF switch, according to Tagore Technology Inc. The module runs from 3.3 GHz to 4.2 GHz and was created for demanding applications. The architecture of this dual channel module includes a high-power GaN-based fail-safe RF switch and a cascade, two-stage LNA. The 5G infrastructure and TDD massive MIMO technology are well suited for the TSL8329M.
