Visa has enhanced the Visa Commercial Solutions Hub (VCS Hub) through the incorporation of Visa Accounts Receivable Manager (Visa AR Manager), thereby improving scalability and ease in virtual card usage for business payments. This will solve issues of fragmented supplier connections, cumbersome reconciliation processes, and non-standardized payment processes that have made it difficult to scale virtual card programs. In addition, the Visa Commercial Solutions Hub was launched in 2025 and helps issuers provide several business payment services through one integration. The integration with Visa AR Manager further strengthens automation by enabling issuers to process virtual card payments on behalf of business clients while giving suppliers tools to automate reconciliation and improve working capital management.

“Issuers are seeing strong demand for business customer solutions, but scaling these programs can be disproportionately complex,” emphasizes Gloria Colgan, Senior Vice President, Global Product, Commercial Solutions, at Visa. The company noted that Visa AR Manager, powered by proprietary AI capabilities and available across 69 regions, has already delivered measurable benefits, with one customer achieving an 89% reduction in payment cycle time and fully automated virtual card processing within two weeks of implementation.
